Summary
Brabin's Endowed Primary School is a small, rural primary school with a fabulous setting with enthusiastic children, supportive parents and families and committed staff. We require a Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs within the classroom. The candidate will demonstrate effective support for teaching and learning and support speech, language and communication. They will contribute to providing a creative learning environment which both promotes and celebrates children's learning. The successful candidate will demonstrate a love and passion for working with children, patience, humour and creativity.
We are looking for someone who has high expectations of themselves and of others, will demonstrate professional conduct at all times and have the ability to contribute positively to an effective team. The successful candidate will work well with external agencies to ensure personalised provision is effective. The posts will be for 28 hours per week working Monday to Friday during term time at TA2b Level.
This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful the salary received will be paid on a prorata basis. Please note that this vacancy is temporary as it is subject to funding.
