About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Sales team. This role involves supporting customers and internal teams, processing quotations and sales orders, and ensuring customer expectations are met throughout the order process from enquiry through to dispatch and payment.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of customer accounts by maintaining accurate CRM and ERP records, providing delivery updates, processing sample requests, and assisting with customer queries and complaints. You will work closely with Operations and other departments to help achieve delivery targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow processes accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with good organisational and problem-solving skills.
Previous customer service experience and experience using CRM or ERP systems would be beneficial. Candidates should also be comfortable working both independently and as part of a busy team environment.
GCSEs including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications, are preferred.
Preferable technical knowledge/experience to read drawings.
