Clinic Growth & Development Manager/ Clinic Therapist
An exciting opportunity to lead the next chapter of an established skin and aesthetics clinic.
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded individual to take leadership of a unique growth project at our Gloucester Road clinic.
While our Wimbledon location has been the primary focus of the business for many years, we are now investing in the future of Gloucester Road and are seeking someone who is excited by the challenge of building, growing, and shaping a thriving clinic.
This is not a traditional management role. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a transformation.
The Opportunity
You will work closely with the business owner to help redefine and grow the Gloucester Road clinic. Initially, you will be hands-on within the business, supporting clients and driving activity. As the clinic grows, you will play a key role in recruitment, team development, client acquisition, local partnerships, and overall business performance.

Your Mission
- Increase awareness and visibility of the Gloucester Road clinic.
- Build a loyal and growing client base.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve agreed targets.
- Help develop the clinic's identity and presence within the local market.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a team of therapists as the business expands.
- Create an exceptional client experience that drives retention and referrals.
- Work with the owner on new ideas, events, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
About You
- Must has a minimum of five years management experience
- Commercially focused and target driven.
- Passionate about aesthetics, skin health, beauty, or wellness.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something meaningful.
- Confident leading people and creating a positive team culture.
- Hands-on and willing to be involved in all aspects of the business.
- Excited by challenge, growth, and opportunity.
- Must have a prior management experience
- Must have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Must have the ability of generating new business
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent patient experience
- Deliver therapeutic services, including skincare treatments and makeup application, tailored to client needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering personalised advice
- Maintain a clean and organised treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards
- Support marketing efforts through social media engagement and promotional activities
- Collaborate with team members to develop customised treatment plans and follow-up procedures
- Manage appointment scheduling and client records with accuracy and confidentiality
Skills
- Must have at least 5 years clinic experience
- Must be a minimum of lever 3 trained
- Must hold level 4 laser and light certificate
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and team members
- Organised with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy clinic setting
- Professional attitude with a passion for health, beauty, and client wellbeing
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating initiative when required
