We are one of the UK’s leading wire free home security specialists; we are looking for a Monitoring Station Controller to work 36 hours a week in our night-time position.
The specific requirements necessary for this role are:
Flexibility – The role is a 24/7 365 day a year operation, , requiring weekend, evenings and bank holidays.
12 Hour shifts (3 per week) between the hours of 8PM-8AM.
Ideal Requirements:
- You must have excellent communicative skills both verbally and written as this is predominantly a position that requires a manned telephone station.
- Well organised and the ability to demonstrate every day administrative duties.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to deal with a wide ranging scope of customers.
- Self Motivated and ability to work on your own, this position is a lone working position.

What will I be doing?
- Responding to client’s security activations – Intruder, Fire, Medical, Smoke alarms
- Responding to inbound Telephone Calls as the primary source of customer service
- Responding and dealing with internal & inbound/outbound correspondence
- Filing and other administrative duties as and when required
