We have an exciting new vacancy for a Conference and Sales Executive to join our team at The Meon Valley Hotel & Country Club. This 113-bedroom Hotel is set in 225 wooded acres with plenty of amenities including a swimming pool, a spa and a gym, with good motorway access to commute to nearby cities like Southampton and Portsmouth. .

Your duties will include:
- Handling any enquiries over the telephone and email.
- Help to plan weddings and events whilst communicating client requirements to the operational team
- Ensure all administration work is up to date and thorough
- Booking sales meetings
- Conducting show rounds of our hotel to potential clients
The ideal candidate with be organised and efficient in Microsoft office with excellent communication skills.
