*Job Overview*
We are currently seeking compassionate Support Workers and HCAs to provide care and assistance to individuals in various settings such as Supported Living Accommodations, Hospice care and Assisted living facilities.
*Responsibilities*
Assist clients with daily tasks including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders - Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals in need - Help with mobility assistance and transfers, including heavy lifting when required - Implement care plans tailored to each client's specific needs - Engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
*Skills*
Experience in residential care home or nursing homes, assisted living, or home care is advantageous - Proficiency in first aid procedures - Ability to provide good quality care as needed -
