This is a community based role supporting people in their own homes across Bolton and the surrounding areas.

The Role
As a Domiciliary Support Worker, you’ll visit clients in their own homes, providing personalised care and support based on their individual needs and care plans.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Providing personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
* Supporting with medication in line with care plans and company procedures.
* Preparing meals and encouraging good nutrition.
* Providing companionship and emotional support.
* Supporting clients with shopping, social visits and activities within the local community.
* Assisting with light household duties.
* Maintaining accurate care records.
* Following safeguarding procedures and company policies.
