We are looking for an exceptional, experienced Room Leader to lead our welcoming toddler room at Canoe Lake Nursery.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Outstanding nursery and take ownership of a beautifully resourced room with a maximum of just seven two-year-olds, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with every child and provide truly outstanding care and education.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Has previous experience leading or senioring within an Early Years setting
- Has excellent knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development
- Is confident leading, motivating and supporting a small team
- Builds warm, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Has high expectations and takes pride in delivering outstanding care
- Is organised, proactive and enjoys creating exciting learning experiences
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the daily running of our toddler room
- Plan engaging, child-led learning opportunities
- Ensure children's safety, wellbeing and development are always the priority
- Complete observations, assessments and planning to a high standard
- Support and mentor team members
- Build strong partnerships with parents
- Maintain high standards of care, hygiene and safeguarding
