Duties
As Managing Director, you will oversee daily operations across the group, championing a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will lead, motivate, and support our talented teams within Access Building Products, Jupiter Blue, House of Canopies, and GRP Products. You’ll coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to optimise productivity and service delivery. Your proactive approach will drive process improvements and ensure all teams adhere to our high standards and policies. You will manage resources effectively, conduct regular meetings to communicate updates and foster a positive, collaborative environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members, and you will assist our accounts team with performance and operational reports for senior management review.
Qualifications

Strong organisational skills, effective prioritisation, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential to motivate our teams at all levels. You should demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to leading by example while fostering a collaborative team culture. Relevant qualifications or certifications in management or related fields are advantageous.
