Duties
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to identify purchasing needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Utilize ERP to process purchase orders, track inventory levels, and manage supplier data
- Conduct negotiations with vendors to secure the best prices, delivery terms, and quality standards
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely receipt of goods and materials, optimizing supply chain efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions, supplier communications, and inventory movements
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and identifying opportunities for cost savings or process improvements
- Support the procurement team in managing supplier relationships and resolving any issues related to deliveries or product quality
Experience
- Previous experience working with ERP systems is highly desirable
- Familiarity with supply chain processes, logistics coordination, and procurement practices
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial vendor relationships
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and logistics operations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively across departments

Pay: £29,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
