At Twilight Trees we create immersive installations primarily based around artificial trees. These range from sculptural trees and floral ceilings to large-scale event builds, bespoke interiors and statement seasonal installations.
We are looking for a creative, hands-on maker to join our workshop team.
This role would suit someone who loves working with wood, building, experimenting and bringing ideas to life. One day you might be repairing a tree canopy from our rental collection, the next creating a bespoke trunk, testing materials, organising stock in the warehouse, installing in London or helping build something completely new.
We are not looking for someone to simply assemble products.
We are looking for someone with curiosity, energy, initiative and creative instinct.
## The Role
· Repairing, maintaining and improving our rental tree and foliage stock
· Preparing installations to an exceptionally high standard before they leave the warehouse
· Building bespoke tree structures and foliage pieces
· Working with wood, foliage, bark finishes and creative materials
· Supporting the Warehouse Manager with organisation, stock movement and workshop operations
· Helping maintain a clean, organised and efficient workshop environment
· Supporting installs for events, retail, hospitality and interiors
· Problem-solving technical and creative challenges
· Experimenting with new materials and build techniques
· Helping bring largescale creative concepts to life
· Occasional travel to London and other locations for installations

· Has woodworking, fabrication or technical build experience
· Has experience working onsite or within construction, events or installation environments

· Is openminded, positive and solutions focused
· Works well within a team
· Is happy getting stuck in wherever needed
· Has experience within events, theatre, set-build, prop-making, interiors, scenic build or similar creative industries
## Essential
· Full UK driving licence
· Over 25 years old (for insurance purposes)
## Huge Bonus Skills & Qualifications
· Electrical knowledge or qualifications
· Scenic construction experience
· Set-build or prop-making experience
· Forklift licence
· IPAF / PASMA certification
· Experience working at height
· Site installation experience
· Creative fabrication experience
· First Aid training
· CSCS card
· Experience leading or supporting installations on busy live sites
