Production Operative
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our busy production team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for operating on a production line, helping to ensure our products consistently meet the high standards expected by our customers and our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned production line sections efficiently and safely
- Follow production plans and work instructions accurately
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
The Ideal Candidate
- Flexible and available to work shifts
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Able to follow instructions and production schedules
- Committed to maintaining excellent quality and hygiene standards
