The Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Weekend Administrator to support our operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, is confident communicating with customers, has excellent attention to detail, and can work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Saturday (Office-Based)
- Answer incoming telephone calls and take customer bookings.
- Manage and respond to emails in the company inbox.
- Review the week's completed work, ensuring the booking database is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare weekly invoices for drivers based on their earnings.
- Calculate percentage charges accurately.
- Send completed invoices to drivers in a timely manner.
- Create and issue invoices to account customers.
- Maintain accurate and well-organised records.
- Carry out general administrative duties to support the business.
Sunday (Remote)
- Answer incoming customer calls from home.
- Assist customers with bookings and enquiries.
- Provide support to drivers where required.
- Ensure calls are handled professionally and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
The successful applicant will have:
- A reliable and dependable approach, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A friendly, professional, and confident telephone manner.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Confidence working with numbers and carrying out basic calculations.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage their workload effectively.
- Previous administrative or accounts experience is desirable.
