Finance Administrator (Part-Time)
15–20 hours per week | £13–£14 per hour (depending on experience)
Location: Integra Boston Head Office (PE21 7NX)
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Integra Boston is a growing B2B engineering business with strong momentum and ambitious plans. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Finance Administrator to support the finance department with day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks, helping to ensure accurate financial records and the smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping and finance administration
- Preparing and issuing customer invoices
- Processing purchase invoices and credit notes, reconciling to purchase orders, and tracking costs
- Reconciling timesheets, managing vehicle tracking, and maintaining holiday records
- Assisting with monthly reporting and account reconciliations
- Preparing accurate job costing analysis
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an accounts, finance, or office administration role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with Xero would be an advantage)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Holding an AAT qualification (or be working towards one) and/or having experience in engineering, construction, or a similar environment would also be advantageous.
