Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient clinical checking and dispensing of prescriptions.
- Working with the Pharmacy Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
- Lead, support, and develop the dispensary team to maintain high operational standards and a positive working environment.
- Deliver essential, advanced, and enhanced clinical services (such as Pharmacy First, NMS, and vaccination programs).
- Offer professional clinical consultations and expert over-the-counter medication advice to patients.
- Ensure full compliance with GPhC regulations, NHS contracts, and pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain strong professional relationships with local GP surgeries and nearby healthcare professionals.
Requirement
- Must be a GPhC Registered Pharmacist (open to both experienced pharmacists and newly qualified individuals).
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- A flexible and positive approach to problem-solving
- A passion for clinical service delivery and outstanding patient care.
- Accredited to deliver key clinical services (e.g., Pharmacy First, flu vaccinations) or enthusiastic about completing training.
- Right to work in the UK.
Pay: Up to £56,000.00 per year
