We are looking for an experienced and passionate Regional Support Manager to join our growing leadership team. This is a dynamic and rewarding role supporting multiple nursery settings across the East Midlands, providing leadership cover, operational support, and helping maintain the exceptional standards St George’s is known for.

Your Role
As Regional Support Manager, you will:
- Lead nursery settings in the absence of Nursery Managers across the group
- Support teams to maintain outstanding care, safeguarding, and EYFS standards
- Assist with Ofsted readiness, audits, recruitment, and staff development
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and nursery teams
- Support operational improvements and maintain consistency across settings
- Act as a role model for St George’s values, culture, and high-quality practice
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Are an experienced Nursery Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to progress
- Hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 preferred)
- Have excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted expectations
- Are adaptable, organised, and confident working across multiple settings
- Have strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
- Hold a full UK driving licence and are happy to travel across the East Midlands
