We are recruiting for a VRS Sub-Agent to Join Octavius Regional Civil Engineering (ORCE).
As a Vehicle Restraint Systems Sub Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and management of vehicle restraint systems on highways and roads.
- Planning and coordinating the installation of vehicle restraint systems in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Conducting site surveys and assessments to determine the most effective placement of barriers and restraints.
- Managing a team of technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Inspecting existing restraint systems for damage or wear and coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
- Collaborating with engineers and project managers to develop innovative solutions for challenging installation scenarios.
- Maintaining accurate records of installation activities, including materials used, labor hours, and project progress.
- Conducting regular safety inspections and implementing measures to mitigate potential hazards.

- Familiarity with relevant software tools for project planning and documentation.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or highways industry.
- A degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in health and safety management (e.g., NEBOSH) is advantageous.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
