Responsibilities
- Perform complex surgical procedures with precision, adhering to the highest standards of patient safety and care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate latest surgical techniques and technologies.
- Engage in clinical research projects to evaluate surgical outcomes, optimize protocols, and contribute to medical advancements.
- Provide comprehensive preoperative assessments and postoperative follow-up to ensure optimal patient recovery.
- Utilize advanced medical imaging tools for diagnosis, planning, and intraoperative guidance.
- Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, recovery processes, and ongoing health management.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all surgical activities, patient records, and research data in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in surgical practice with a focus on <PERSON> surgery or related specialties.
- Strong background in clinical research methodologies and data analysis.
- ICU experience is highly desirable for managing critically ill patients pre- or post-surgery.
- Knowledge of anatomy, medication administration, and patient care protocols across various healthcare environments including nursing homes, hospice, or home care settings.
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques such as MRI, CT scans, or ultrasound for diagnostic purposes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with medical teams and education of patients.
- Additional expertise in public health initiatives or senior care programs is a plus.

Pay: £56,110.63-£137,993.16 per year
