Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial settings
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas according to health and safety standards
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Skills
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organisational skills to manage time efficiently during shifts
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable with a positive attitude and good communication skills

Pay: £10.85-£14.00 per hour
