Negotiable salary dependent on experience and knowledge
OTE including bonus £29,000 - £33,000

Boongate Kia is one of the top performing Kia dealerships in the UK. In the recent past we have undertaken extensive refurbishment including expansion of our facilities.
The person
To further develop our growth, we now seek an additional Parts Advisor with a minimum of one year’s experience to join our highly successful After Sales team, reporting to the Aftersales Management.
You will be tasked with providing excellent customer care, possess strong communication skills coupled with knowledge of vehicle layout, parts catalogues, and computer stock lists together with stock control.
Alternatively, you will be a trained vehicle Technician seeking a change of career.
Additionally, you will be a self-starter with the ability to problem solve and develop long term customer relationships.
Full initial and ongoing training will be provided.
The Job
- Order Preparation: Picking parts for customer orders and checking availability of stock from various sources.
- Sales and Customer Service: Through in-bound and out-bound telephone enquiries, walk in customers, and internet enquiries
- Developing long term customer relationships through demonstrating excellent product knowledge and creating a positive first impression.
- Vehicle Health Checks: Timely pricing and communication of stock availability to support Aftersales Efficiency and opportunities.
- Stock Control: Ensuring consumables and service parts are regularly replenished, providing a swift service to workshop and other departments as well as trade/retail customers.
- Handle warranty claims processing (relating to parts issues) and complete all relevant administration promptly and accurately (including customer records and invoicing).
