A fantastic opening for a Nursery Manager (full-time), in our lovely private nursery in the heart of the countryside.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage and steer the smooth running of the setting
- Maintain and update nursery policies
- Monitor and update Famly to ensure children meet their developmental goals
- Support the Deputy with weekly rotas
- Ensure health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times
- Promote positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Support the team, including supervision and training plans
- Room based role with some admin duties
You'll need:
- Level 3 and/or Early Years degree (or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of EYFS
- Valid DBS
- SEN experience
- Interest or experience in Forest School
- Previous experience in a similar role
- The ability to lead and inspire

Salary £35,000 to £42,000 depending on experience, full-time 40 hours per week (with a half day off each week)
