The Role: Fancy being right in the heart of the action at Ideas Fest — described as "like Glastonbury for business"? We're looking for energetic, friendly, and proactive Event Marshalls to join our team at Ideas Fest, Champneys Tring, with shifts across Tuesday 8th (event build-up) through to Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th September 2026 (event days). This is your chance to be part of an unforgettable few days, helping create a safe, smooth, and brilliant experience for over 6,000 entrepreneurs and business leaders, all while soaking up the atmosphere, meeting new people, and being part of a fantastic team. This position offers flexible hours across the three shift days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist festival-goers, providing directions and answering event-related questions with a smile
- Guide attendees and vehicles to keep the site moving safely and smoothly
- Monitor and enforce site regulations and company policies
- Use an iPad to verify access where required
- Set up and manage on-site signage to guide visitors effectively
- Be a visible, friendly point of contact who helps set the tone for an amazing festival experience
