We are currently seeking an experienced, hardworking Pre-Plaster (1st fix) Joiner to join our team for ongoing residential development near Musselburgh. We have a consistent pipeline of work and are looking for a reliable sub-contractor who takes pride in the speed and quality of their work.

Key responsibilities:
- dwanging for ceilings, kitchen units and plumber
- fitting stairs
- planking and sheeting party walls
- wooling external walls
- fitting external doors
- ensuring all work is completed to high / NHBC standard and ready for plastering
- strict adherence to site health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- experience - proven track record in 1st fix / pre-plaster joinery
- CSCS card - valid blue or gold card preferred
- tools and transport - must have own full kit of tools and reliable transport
- status - must be registered as self employed with a valid UTR number (CIS registered)
