- Drive company vehicles when necessary to support home care visits or transportation needs
- Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, including infection control procedures, to safeguard clients and staff
Qualifications
- Valid driving license with reliable driving skills for home visits or transportation duties
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided
- Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English for clear documentation and effective interaction
- Basic IT skills for updating care plans, recording notes, and managing schedules efficiently
- Strong communication skills with a caring attitude that fosters trust and reassurance among clients
- Knowledge of care plans and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to ensure continuous support for clients
