Sure Healthcare is a Nationally Awarded and recognised Homecare and Complex Care Provider. Doncaster Branch will be one of 7 homecare locations we have built and managed.
We are in search of a Registered Manager to work on our current Supported Living and Homecare Contracts with the Local Authority.
The current team has small foot print in the local area, bridged by our Scunthorpe and Barnsley operations. We are now ready to recognise a full time position and location in Doncaster to increase our local offering.
The role will be supported by a Area Manager, Nominated Ind, a Care Coordinator and Field Care Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operation of the Domiciliary care team, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans tailored to individual needs, including specialised dementia and Alzheimer's care
- Supervise and support care staff, fostering a positive team environment through effective leadership and supervision
- Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols
- Monitor quality standards of care delivery, conducting audits and implementing improvements where necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation related to client care, staff rotas, and regulatory compliance
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to coordinate comprehensive resident support
Experience
- Proven management experience within a Homecare settings
- Extensive knowledge of care regulations, safeguarding procedures, and best practices in elderly care
- Demonstrable experience in supervising multidisciplinary teams with strong leadership qualities
- Familiarity with developing and managing care plans tailored to residents with complex needs such as Alzheimer’s disease
- Experience in medication administration within a regulated environment is essential
- Strong organisational skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively lead a team and engage with residents’ families

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
