Job Description
Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing and leading all aspects of a project. This includes initial client discussions, developing project requirements, documentation, and coordinating all project activities through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage delivery of all technical and service aspects for client projects.

Determine and assess study requirements.

Maintain continuous communication with internal departments and external customers.

Initiate involvement of relevant departments to ensure high-quality work.

Attend and represent the business at Project Meetings and kick-off meetings.

Facilitate customer teleconferences, visits, and audits.
-
Drive Problem Reports to closure with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel.

Translate customer needs into quotations and monitor budgets.
-
Provide accurate financial forecasting and reporting.
-
Verify final production information for Accounting before invoice release.

Participate in business process improvement activities.
-
Collaborate with the account manager to guarantee customer happiness.

Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.

Demonstrate and promote the company vision.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Understand and use SOPs required by company quality standards.

Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.

Ability to present information and respond to questions effectively.

Develop and maintain strong customer management skills.

Knowledge of internal systems associated with projects.
Experience required of/in:
-
Accredited degree, preferably in a health-related field.
-
3 years of successful clinical trial project management experience.
-
In-depth understanding of clinical trials.
-
Effective interpersonal abilities.
-
Proficiency in personal computer applications.
-
Proven experience with customers in a dynamic environment.
-
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).

Proficiency in fundamental Project Management concepts.
Work Conditions/Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in a cold environment on occasion.
-
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
-
Ability to use a computer for up to 8 hours per day.
-
10-25% travel as needed.
