Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Senior Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel housekeeping department. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain quality control.
- Allocate tasks and schedules to team members, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.
- Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Address guest enquiries or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth hotel operations.
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, training, and performance evaluations.
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping , with a strong understanding of hospitality standards.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience within the cleaning or hospitality sector.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, capable of motivating team members and liaising effectively with guests and management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Pay: £14.00-£14.50 per hour
