Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontists during patient consultations, adjustments, and procedures with precision and care
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all equipment is ready for daily use
- Provide comprehensive patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and offering reassurance
- Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards
- Support patients in maintaining oral hygiene routines and provide post-treatment instructions
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-up visits, and treatment plans to optimize clinic workflow
- Communicate effectively with patients in English, ensuring clarity and understanding throughout their visit
Qualifications
- Proven experience in patient care within a dental or healthcare setting, preferably with orthodontic knowledge
- Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with patients and team members
- Nursing qualification or relevant healthcare certification demonstrating professional competence
- Proficiency in IT systems for record keeping and appointment management
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
