We are looking to recruit a full time or part time Chef to join our small team at The Manor Alconbury.
We are a traditional British Pub that offers a unique dining experience in the form of The Black Rock Grill.

Candidate Role
· Work alongside the owner to develop and drive the business forward
· Ensure the highest standards of cleaning and food hygiene are upheld
· Be fully responsible for stock control and rotation
· Ensure the consistent quality of the food produced
· Uphold the current high reputation for good quality food
Candidate Specification
· Be fully up to date with food safety and hygiene
· Be well presented, polite, friendly and approachable
· Be able to work alone as well as part of the team
· Ideally from a dining pub background
· Own transport essential
· Have excellent time keeping and personal skills
