Join JAC Site Services, a leading Civil Engineering contractor delivering major water infrastructure projects across the North West and Yorkshire.
We are looking for QS or Assistant QS wanting to move up to join our growing team.
You will play a key role in the commercial management of civil engineering projects, working under NEC 3&4 Contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial and contractual aspects of projects.
- Prepare and agree valuations, cost forecasts and spends.
- Monitor project costs and cashflow.
- Administer change control and compensation events.
- Work collaboratively with project teams, clients and supply chain partners
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and contractual obligations.
About you
- Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (Essential)
- Significant experience working on civil engineering projects
- Strong commercial awareness
- Proficient in NEC Contracts (ECC & ECSC)

Pay: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
