You will support the restaurant management team and be expected to deliver exceptional food quality and guest care and service. As a team member You will work to brand standards, within a team, and ensure every guest leaves the restaurant having had a great experience.
Here is what you need as a Store Team Member:
- Ensure that all orders are complete and ready to be received by the guest
- Work to Brand standards
- Has the ability to maintain a professional appearance and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks
- Exhibits a cheerful and helpful attitude
- Adapts to changing business volume levels with a sense of urgency
- Can demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu as a team member
- Be able to follow instructions to achieve brand standards as a team member
- Ability to fill in daily paperwork in line with GDK standards.
- Maintain the ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the restaurant

- Maintaining appropriate portion control and consistently monitoring food levels within the kitchen
- Work to Food Safety standards at all times
- Maintaining proper food handling and safety standards while preparing food.
- Cleaning equipment, as assigned, thoroughly and in a timely fashion according to GDK guideline
- Can demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu as a team member
- Following GDK sanitation standards, including washing cookware and utensils throughout the day.
- Ability to fill in daily paperwork in line with GDK standards.
- Working towards understanding and articulating food with integrity
