Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team and make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and medical histories to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Develop individualized therapy programs targeting rehabilitation, pain management, and functional improvement
- Implement therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and mobility training
- Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare standards
- Provide Moving and Handling Training to staff
Skills
- Proven expertise in physiotherapy assessment and intervention techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to develop creative solutions tailored to individual patient needs
- Knowledge of current physiotherapy practices, equipment, and safety protocols
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple cases simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Certification as a licensed Physiotherapist in accordance with local regulatory requirements
