Bestmix Concrete Ltd are a leading supplier of ready-mix and volumetric concrete, serving both domestic and commercial clients across the East Midlands. With a strong reputation for reliability and quality, we’re expanding our team and looking for drivers to join us.
We are seeking an HGV Volumetric Concrete Driver to operate our volumetric mixer trucks. This is a hands-on driving and operating role where you’ll be responsible not just for safe transport, but also for batching, mixing, and delivering concrete directly to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate an HGV volumetric concrete mixer
- Load, mix, and deliver concrete to various sites
- Ensure accurate batching to meet customer requirements
- Provide excellent customer service on site
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of vehicle and equipment
- Complete necessary paperwork and comply with all driving/transport regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating a volumetric concrete mixer is preferred but not essential, FULL TRAINING will be provided.
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Driver CPC qualification
- Digital Tachograph card
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to health & safety
- Good communication and customer service skills
