Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
- Provide excellent guest services and address any customer queries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Demonstrate hospitality and professionalism at all times
- Manage time efficiently to ensure smooth service flow
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is advantageous
- Proficient in upselling techniques and guest interaction
- Knowledge of basic culinary practices is desirable
- Familiarity with food safety protocols
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively
- Ability to perform basic maths for order taking and bill calculations
