Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Packing Operative. As a Packing Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient packing of products in our factory, including soft drinks and alcoholic beverages that are filled on site, and then placed into cardboard outers and then labelled and palletised ready for dispatch . This is a role that requires some lifting and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Hourly targets will be monitored and must be achieved once training is completed.
- Pack products according to customer orders and specifications
- Ensure that all items are properly labelled and packaged for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Shift Details :- Either Monday to Friday 6-2 pm ( 37.5 hours per week) or Monday - Thursday 2pm until midnight 9.25 hours paid, with 45 mins unpaid break daily . Paid hours 37 hours per week.
- Skills:
- perform physical tasks throughout the shift, packing , labelling and palletising goods, ready for shipment
- Can work alone or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packing and labelling of products
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
