SEO Customer Service - Altrincham - 37.5 hours
Salary: £25,000-£27,000
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager/Customer Service professional to join our Local SEO Team, managing relationships across a varied portfolio of SME clients.
This is a high-volume, communication-led role where you'll spend much of your day speaking with clients, building relationships, managing expectations and discussing campaign performance.
You'll have the opportunity to develop your SEO and digital marketing knowledge, but we're primarily looking for someone who has already established themselves within a customer service, account management or client-facing role and knows how to deliver an excellent customer experience.
You'll manage the overall client experience on behalf of Add People, acting as a key point of contact for your portfolio.
You'll be responsible for:

Managing a high-volume portfolio of client relationships

Communicating regularly with clients across phone, video and email

Building strong, long-term relationships and managing client expectations

Reporting on campaign performance and explaining results clearly

Recommending changes and improvements to campaigns

Working closely with our Local SEO specialists to support client performance

Identifying opportunities to improve clients' wider digital marketing presence

Introducing additional services where they could benefit the client's business

Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Service or a similar client-facing role

Confident communicator - comfortable speaking with a high volume of clients

Relationship focused - able to build rapport and trust quickly

Highly organised - confident managing multiple clients and priorities

Resilient and adaptable - comfortable handling challenging conversations

Commercially aware - able to understand client needs and spot opportunities

Digital marketing or SEO experience
