ABOUT US
We are a progressive and design-focused architectural practice based in Northern Ireland, working across a diverse range of residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a motivated Senior Architectural Technician to join our team.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will play a key role in the technical development and delivery of projects from planning through to construction. Working closely with consultants, contractors, and clients, you will be responsible for producing detailed technical information, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting project delivery across a range of residential and commercial schemes.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Prepare and coordinate detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages.
- Develop projects through planning, building control, tender, and construction stages.
- Ensure designs comply with current Building Regulations, planning requirements, and industry standards.
- Coordinate information with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Support project management activities, including programme coordination and technical problem-solving.
- Assist in maintaining high standards of technical quality and project delivery across the practice.
DESIRABLE
- Experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with planning processes in Northern Ireland.
- Strong technical knowledge of Northern Ireland Building Regulations and construction methods.
- Proficiency in CAD based software is essential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: £24,420.00-£53,031.20 per year
