RAMH is looking for an experienced and motivated Housing Service Co-ordinator to lead and support our Housing Support Service, helping people with mental health needs live independently and thrive within their communities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced supervisor who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred services and leading teams to achieve positive outcomes. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management, development and quality assurance of our housing support provision.
The Role
As Housing Service Co-ordinator, you will:
- Lead, motivate and support a dedicated staff team
- Manage referrals, service delivery and rota planning
- Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and relevant legislation
- Oversee quality assurance, audits and service improvement initiatives
- Build strong relationships with partners, stakeholders and local agencies
- Support staff development through supervision, performance management and training
- Deputise for the Service Manager when required
- Champion the values and ethos of RAMH in all aspects of your work
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or senior support role
- Experience leading and developing staff teams
- Knowledge of mental health and its impact on individuals, families and carers
- Strong organisational, communication and partnership-working skills
- Experience managing resources, service quality and performance
- An SVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) and the ability to register with the SSSC at Manager level
- A flexible approach and commitment to delivering excellent services
