As the Lead Provider for Nottinghamshire, Fosse Healthcare delivers thousands of
hours of high-quality homecare every week, supporting people to remain safe,
independent and well within their own homes. We are now looking for a confident and
capable band 2/3 Care Team Manager to join our Nottinghamshire Homecare Branch,
based in Mansfield.

About the Role
As Care Team Manager, you will support the operational performance of our
Nottinghamshire Homecare Branch by managing day-to-day service delivery,
maintaining stable rotas and staffing, and helping the team provide high-quality,
compliant care.
Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you will lead, support and develop
colleagues, set clear expectations, manage performance and take a proactive approach
to operational issues and service improvement.
This is a visible management role that balances people leadership, operational control,
quality and commercial awareness while keeping the people we support at the heart of
every decision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day service delivery, rotas and staffing so the branch operates
reliably.
Lead, support and develop care teams, setting clear expectations and managing
performance effectively.
Anticipate and resolve operational issues, taking a proactive approach to service
improvement.
Support high standards of quality, compliance and person-centred care across
the service.
Monitor branch performance and use sound commercial awareness to support
efficiency and sustainable growth.
Help strengthen colleague engagement, stability and retention across the team.
Adapt your approach to the size and complexity of the service while maintaining
consistent delivery.
Promote a culture that reflects Fosse Healthcare’s values and commitment to
excellence.
About You
We’re looking for a capable, people-focused manager who is passionate about
delivering outstanding homecare.
You will be able to show:
The ability to manage service delivery, rotas and staffing with increasing
independence.
Confident people leadership, including team development and performance
management.
A practical, proactive approach to solving problems and improving how the
service operates.
A strong focus on quality, compliance and consistent standards.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of how operational decisions
affect branch performance, efficiency and growth.
Evidence of sustained performance and readiness to take on increasing
responsibility.

Salary and Progression
Our transparent salary framework aligns pay with capability, individual performance,
branch size and operational complexity:
Band 1 – Developing
Band 2 – Competent
Band 3 – High Performing
Band 3 applies to high-performing Care Team Managers in larger or more complex
services. Progression reflects sustained performance, increased capability and
responsibility, and growth in branch size or complexity; movement between bands is not
automatic.
