The Street Diner Jiffy’s is a fast-growing food business producing high-quality grab-and-go food including sandwiches, wraps, salads, hot food and cakes for our busy fleet of Jiffy vans and wholesale customers.
Our kitchen is based in Fourstones, Hexham. This is a fast-paced production environment focused on speed, consistency and quality, supplying vans that go out daily to generate strong sales.
The Role
This is not just a driving job.
You will be running your own Jiffy van, operating it as a mobile food business. You will be responsible for driving sales, building regular customers and growing your route.
Early Starts never working evenings or weekends.
Driving is part of the role, but the key focus is selling, upselling and delivering great customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Running your own van and taking ownership of your route
- Driving daily sales through customer interaction and upselling
- Building strong relationships with regular customers
- Growing your route by finding new stops and opportunities
- Preparing and loading stock ready for each day
- Delivering fast, friendly and consistent service
- Identifying new opportunities to increase sales
What We’re Looking For
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Confident driving a van
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results
- Friendly and personable with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable and consistent
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good organisational skills

- Strong daily takings
- High levels of repeat customers

- Consistently hitting or exceeding targets
