Chef de Partie – Full Time | Monday to Friday | Global Financial Services HQ | Central Glasgow
Looking for a full-time chef role with daytime hours, your evenings free, and the chance to work in a fast-paced corporate environment?
We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join the catering team at the Central Glasgow headquarters of a leading global financial services organisation. Based on a busy, vibrant site with around 2,000 employees, you'll be part of a friendly kitchen team delivering high-quality food for staff dining and hospitality throughout the day.
Working Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, this role offers an excellent work-life balance while giving you the opportunity to develop your skills in a professional, high-volume environment.
What you'll be doing:

Supporting daily staff dining service

Reheating and presenting freshly delivered food to a consistently high standard

Preparing, maintaining and replenishing the salad bar

Assisting with hospitality catering for meetings, conferences and client events

Supporting food preparation, service and kitchen close-down

Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
What we're looking for:

Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop

A reliable, flexible team player who enjoys working in a busy kitchen

Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality food

Good organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
