Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across various areas of the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently, following established procedures.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed to ensure continuous availability.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain compliance with sanitation standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution.
- Support special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred; prior janitorial experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Strong physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures to ensure effective and safe operations.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic committed to maintaining cleanliness standards.
