Part-time Concierge (Saturday's Only)
Y&Y Management are currently seeking a part time Saturday Concierge for a permanent position at a high-end residential development in North West London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the safety and security needs of the residential building as well as all communal areas of the building
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times to residents, visitors and external contractors
- Liaise with and supervise contractors undertaking works on-siteUndertaking building patrols to ensure the safety and security of the building and to report any issues to the Site Manager
- Assisting residents with queries
- Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively

Previous experience working within a front of house, concierge or security role would be desirable and experience in customer facing roles is essential. All successful candidates must be able to provide references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
Salary: £16.75 per hour
Schedule: Saturdays only
Hours: 4 hour shift, 8am to 12pm
