Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Room Leader to join our lovely team at our family run, 30 place nursery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and families, providing high-quality care and education.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
-Support the day-to-day running of the nursery room
- Drive continuous improvement in childcare practices
- Provide leadership and support to other staff members
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Proficiency in English language
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with children
- Good organisational skills to manage daily activities effectively
- Level 3 full and relevant qualification in Childcare or Early Childhood Education
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.10 per hour
