Duties
- Create eye-catching floral arrangements tailored to customer preferences and occasions
- Create dazzling hampers tailored to customer's preferences and occasions.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related merchandise with friendly, knowledgeable service
- Maintain the freshness and presentation of floral displays through proper care and organization
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure the store remains tidy and inviting
- Promote merchandising strategies to highlight seasonal products and special promotions
- Support gardening and horticulture initiatives by sharing knowledge about plant care and cultivation techniques
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for gardening, horticulture, or floral design with some experience or interest in plant care
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock, displays, and customer orders efficiently
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods while maintaining a lively, positive attitude
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to showcase products attractively and boost sales
- Prior experience in retail or floral shop environments is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Preferred if comfortable and confident speaking and presenting on camera but no mandatory.
