Responsibilities
- Manage and process wholesale orders efficiently, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain detailed records using CRM software, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Support with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control.
- Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale clients.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales administration or office management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Sage accounting software and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in retail is a plus.
