We're based in our Brighton office, working with everyone from private families to institutions like the BBC, Virgin Atlantic and national museums. We're now looking for a brilliant Studio Manager to help take that legacy into its next chapter — someone who can bring bold digital thinking to a business built on trust and craftsmanship.
We’re a fast growing yet small company so you’ll wear many different hats and never be bored. These include handling film conversions, dealing with clients, administration, digital marketing, social media and liaising with other staff.
As you the business continues to grow, you will too.
You'll have real ownership across our wider digital presence, from content and campaigns to customer journey and growth. You're a strategic, hands-on digital leader who thrives on responsibility and knows how to turn a well-loved brand into a modern, high-performing digital business.
Experience:
We do not expect or require specific experience in our sector, but you have broad experience across web development, social media and digital marketing, strategic marketing, ideally within service-led or consumer brands. Your track record shows strategic thinking backed by real results - work that doesn't just look good, but drives the business forward.
The Role:
- Film, Photo & Audio Digitalisations or Editing
- Build client relationships and identify potential prospects
- Managing the website (Wordpress, Elementor Pro), website developers & socials
- Working with director on company strategy
- Speaking with new and prospective clients face to face and over the phone
- Office Administration – Using MS Office 365, Google Sheets, Quickbooks
- Liaising with and managing temporary staff
The Ideal Person:
You're a natural problem solver, spotting opportunities in a business with decades of heritage and untapped digital potential. Being positive, empathetic, driven, organised and customer centric are vital attributes.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation for this role includes a base rate of £14.50 per hour – Minimum 4 Days a week with opportunity to earn an additional annual end of year bonus depending on company performance.
Training – Rest assured that full training will be given from the beginning.
Initial training and trial phase will be based in our office in Brighton.
