Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented End of Tenancy Cleaning Operative to join our specialist cleaning agency. In this role, you will carry out full property deep cleans to ensure homes are left spotless, hygienic, and ready for new tenants. You will work across residential properties, delivering high‑standard results that meet estate‑agent and landlord expectations. Responsibilities
- Complete full property deep cleans — including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and hallways to ensure the property is move‑out ready.
- Perform intensive cleaning tasks — such as scrubbing limescale, degreasing appliances, removing built‑up grime, and cleaning inside cupboards, drawers, and fixtures.
- Clean and sanitize high‑use areas — including bathrooms, toilets, showers, sinks, and kitchen surfaces to meet hygiene standards.
- Carry out appliance cleaning — including ovens, fridges, freezers, and extractor fans where required.
- Vacuum, mop, and detail floors — ensuring carpets, hard floors, and skirting boards are thoroughly cleaned.
- Report property issues — such as damage, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards to management.
- Follow cleaning checklists — to ensure every property meets our end‑of‑tenancy standards.
- Maintain equipment and supplies — keeping cleaning tools organized, clean, and ready for use.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving heavy objects safely.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Excellent time management skills to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
