Must hold a full UK driving liecence and be over 25

Duties
- Perform carpentry and maintenance works on retirement flats
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly, and installation of building components
- Assist with other trades as needed, painting as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completionQualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry, and general construction trades
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Ability to perform plumbing,tasks is a plus
- Strong understanding of safety standards and best practices
- working at heights if necessary
