As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a driven, energetic, and detail-focused Prep & Pack Associate to join our team.
The Role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position at the heart of our operation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring goods are checked in and processed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
This is an active, physical role and you will be on your feet for the majority of the day, working across labelling and packing stations, and supporting wider warehouse activities.
We don’t micromanage - but we do expect excellence.
You should be capable of processing 2,000+ units per day, maintaining both speed and precision at all times, with a strong eye for detail. You must be computer literate and a quick learner to be able to check in goods using ours and Amazon's systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Accurately labelling retail products for Amazon FBA with a high level of attention to detail
- Packing goods efficiently with strong awareness of weight distribution and box optimisation
- Supporting the loading and unloading of vans as part of daily operations
- Working collaboratively within a high-performing team
- Supporting the Supervisor in delivering daily operational targets
- Bringing energy, ideas, and a positive attitude to the workplace
What We’re Looking For
- Strong eye for detail and accuracy
- A proactive, “get stuck in” mindset
- Ability to work at pace without compromising quality
- Comfortable being on your feet all day in a physically active role
- Computer literate confident with basic Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Willingness to support wider warehouse duties, including loading/unloading vans
- Team player with a great attitude and work ethic
- Willingness to go the extra mile when needed
Pay & Progression
- Base Rate: £12.71 per hour
- Performance Uplift: +£0.29 per hour (paid monthly based on performance)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Overtime: Available and expected during busy periods
